About Us


Our objective is to offer a future to those who need it and be able to see individuals maintain self-respect, confidence, skills, life-style and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to manage independently whilst remaining in their own environment plus within their local community.


We provide services for the following service users:

  • Older people (over 65 years old)
  • Young adults and Adults
  • People with Dementia, Alzheimer ’s disease


Mak Connect care is a Home Care/Domiciliary service that offers vulnerable adults and vulnerable elderly people over 65 years the opportunity to live independently at home, but to have an individualised package of support. Mak Connect care provides regulated activity, Personal Care.


The services we offer provide an opportunity for individuals to live at home, and to have the support of trained staff to maintain welfare and choice, by supporting with daily living skills and support with emotional needs,  personal care, whilst maintaining a level of independence at home and empowering the individual.


We provide a range of supportive options for individuals who may live with their relatives, friends or who may choose to live alone and the exact nature of service provided to each service user will vary and be tailor made to their needs,  these include:



  • Assisting with getting in and out of bed.
  • Support with daily-living tasks.
  • Assistance with personal hygiene (washing, bathing, showering, dressing and grooming)
  • Support with continence care.
  • Help and assistance with general mobility needs.
  • Preparation of meals and drinks
  • Providing care to cover for family/career to take a break.
  • Assisting with bed making/changing and laundry.
  • Support to assist the person with activities and social interaction.
  • Support and assistance with prompting and administration of medication.
  • Support to allow the individual to have a holiday in a location of their own choice.
  • Being committed to the principles of inclusion, we support service users to lead as full a life as possible or as they choose in the community, despite the level of any extent of the physical, learning or sensory disability that they may have.
  • Support to minimise the risk of family/carer breakdown.
